I have started this website as a place to put concert reviews and photos, as well as photography of other subjects and other content. I attend a pretty good number of rock and pop concerts every year and usually take pictures and sometimes video, I keep setlists if the performer is someone whose catalog I know well, and I often have opinions on the shows. In past years I contributed many show reviews to an internet digest and various message boards. So, why not put that type of material on my own website? My intention is to update this occasionally, whenever I have content for it, and see where it leads.
Why "nicepace"? When I first went on line in 1996 my internet access was through AOL. When it came time to pick a screen name, I wanted something that would identify me. Besides music, my other passionate interest in life is running. Sometimes if you're looking good in a road race, a spectator will shout out "nice pace!" So ... that became my AOL screen name, and it's been my internet identity ever since.
